WATERY WEDNESDAY the perfect place to share a love of water-filled places. 

EVERYDAY LIFE is a meme with a different theme each week.  Today, the hosts said "This week we would love to see water from your town/village. With water we mean a lake, a river, a little stream, a pond or something like that."

Upriver Resort Swimming Pool — pretty much our private pool right now; a couple of pictures of our boat on the Caloosahatchie River; Swamps at Six-Mile Cypress and the Babcock Ranch; Naples beach onthe nearby Gulf of Mexico; a puddle reflection after an afternoon rain; and the kayak path at Ding Darling Wildlife refuge on nearby Sanibel Island.

We love our Florida water!

    They are all wonderful photos adn a cool reflection. Love the swamp and the wildlife refuge, they are my kind of places for birding and to see wildlife.

    Glad you decided to make a collage so that I could see all that there is to see in your area. Hotter then heck here in SC and summer officially did not arrive yet. Praying the east coast stays oil free. So upset about the waters in the gulf and trying to eat as much fish as possible because who knows what is going to happen to the supply and then the prices. I can’t afford to eat much shrimp and fish these days to being with. No way I am going to be a vegan!

    I don’t blame you for loving your Florida water – those pictures are stunning. It’s an interesting meme – I shall be investigating further! Unfortunately our manky old River Ouse running through York isn’t quite so picturesque, but I do have an amazing flood picture – I may root it out and join this meme!

    I love all water but I especially like the reflection in the mud puddle. Weren’t they so much fun to play in when we were young. I used to let my kids play in the gutters during big rain storms. Stella
