A FullTime-Life Friday Flashback to the end of our summer roadtrip, June 2012.

After spending some time in the amazing Four Corners area we were headed back to our son and daughter-in-law's Colorado home.  We looked forward to seeing them again, so we were happy to be getting off the road.

It was a wonderful roadtrip.  Besides the amazing destination and the terrific company at the end of it, pretty much every minute of  the travel time was photo-worthy.   Unless you're in the middle of one of those mountain tunnels, there really isn't any boring drive-by scenery in Colorado.

    I love Colorado! When hubby and I went there in 2010 we could not stop marveling over the beauty everywhere. We even discussed retiring there. What a great trip and you get to go any time you want to see your son. Lucky!
