It rained hard all day Sunday. It was needed — so much so that I wouldn't think of complaining.
But the weather forecast in this morning's paper said to expect "episodes of sunshine." Who wouldn't love that forecast after a rainy day!
It's still a beautiful Autumn – when you can get out in it!
There was a good two-hour window of sunshine this morning! Perfect for a down-town walk.
We enjoyed this episode to the fullest!

We don’t need any rain at the moment. Drought is not a problem we experience in the UK. Episodes of sunshine is a nice descriptive phrase. Mostly the weather people here use “sunshine and scattered showers” – yours is much better.
I like the pickup truck with the humongous pumpkin.

I think that when I learned to appreciate the moment for what it is, I started to look at things so differently. That truck with the flowers and pumpkin is cool to see!
